Tracks Billing

Title-Trac tracks billing by creating a new billing entry each time an event happens. Billing entries are created when you process a transaction for the first time and collect payment from a customer, when the transaction is received back from the state and when your customer picks up the completed work.

Title-Trac also prints reports showing you how much profit you made, what you paid out in courier fees and states fees.

Tracks Customer Status

Title-Trac will tell you what stage of completion your transaction is in. When you send your transactions to the state, it displays "Out For Processing", when a transaction is ready for customer pickup, "Ready For Pickup" is displayed.
